What is Flash Stake?
Flash Stake lets you receive your projected SOL staking rewards upfront instead of waiting for them to accrue every epoch. You lock SOL for a chosen period and get instant yield in the same transaction.
How is the upfront yield calculated?
Your instant payout is based on the amount staked and lock duration. Longer locks receive a higher upfront yield — up to 38% on a 12-month lock. The exact amount is shown before you confirm.
Is Flash Stake the same as regular Marinade staking?
No. Traditional Marinade staking pays rewards gradually every epoch. Flash Stake front-loads your projected rewards so you can use them immediately, in exchange for committing your SOL for a fixed lock period.
When do I get my SOL back?
Your principal SOL is returned automatically when your lock period ends. The unlock date is displayed before you confirm your stake.
Can I exit before my lock ends?
Yes. Early unlock is available if you need liquidity before maturity. Exiting in the first half of your lock burns 100% of upfront rewards; exiting in the second half burns 50%.
